Dr. Alliger was born and raised in Long Island, NY and has been practicing endodontics in Waterbury since 2003. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor. Dr. Alliger went on to receive his DDS and graduated Cum Laude from The State University at Buffalo in 1998. He did his General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital in New York where he was asked to stay for a second year as Chief Resident. Following two years of practicing restorative dentistry, Dr. Alliger went back to school and received his certificate in endodontics at New York University. He is a past president of the Waterbury Dental Society.
Dr. Alliger, his wife, daughter and son are very happy to have left the crowds of Long Island to make Connecticut their home. Outside of the office, he enjoys biking, hiking, poker and is a novice fly fisherman. Above all, Dr. Alliger enjoys spending time with his family most and spending countless hours in a fold up chair at his kids games.
